Fresh and Easy - Stay Healthy with Good Food

Just a few things from Fresh & Easy to make your holidays festive and cheerful!

Are you trying your hardest to stick to a healthy diet during the most gluttonous time of the year?  So frequently you hear about folks saying they gained an easy 5 or 10 pounds over the holidays.  How can you watch your waistline with cookies and cocktails?

Well how about frequenting Fresh & Easy.  This is a new chain of grocery stores that's hitting the Bay Area.

During this time of year it seems there is scrumptious food everywhere.  Office parties, cocktail parties, cookie exchanges - you name it - too much food and often not healthy.

I recently attended an event where we were introduced to Fresh & Easy, a new chain of grocery stores that offers amazingly fresh food and at extremely reasonable prices.  Fresh & Easy is similar to Trader Joe's but with really fresh ingredients, not your packaged frozen entrées (Trader Joe's seems to be getting more and more recalls by the way).

At Fresh & Easy you will find mouthwatering meals such as a roasted turkey dinner or ravioli to go.  There's a whole Take Out section with 100% fresh ingredients.  Called "Kitchen To Go." Fresh & Easy development chefs were given a wide open kitchen to come up with wonderful meals. These restaurant-worthy meals include American, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisines.  Prices range from $1.99 to $9.99 and you can mix them up to come up with a meal that makes you look like a brilliant chef to your friends and family.  Think Sandra Lee of FoodNetwork Fame (Semi Home-made).  All of these are delivered fresh daily.  What could be better?
