Resolve Resolve to keep your commitments. Make sure they are realistic and will add value to your life. If you set some goals for yourself, write them down. Pen, paper and the written word are powerful motivators. Re-evaluate your commitments and goals regularly to determine if you are on target or if they need to be adjusted. Most importantly, resolve to commit to yourself. Avoid the pitfall of over committing. Say "no" when it's best for you and "yes" when it's best for you. Be your best self. Keeping our commitments and achieving our goals provide an intrinsic reward that boosts our confidence. A confident soul shines brightly. Allow your light to shine upon others. And, enjoy the journey! "Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending." --Maria Robinson |
